PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 25th  day of  June , 2019 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map:

An amendment to the Zoning Map to zone a ±5.0-acre tract of land presently located in Ouachita Parish from B-1, Neighborhood Mixed Use District to RMH, Manufactured Home District and is more particularly described as follows: 

3401 Harvester Drive

      APPLICANT: Stapleton & Chisholm (MA 105-19)

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.  The proposed changes to the Zoning Map are on file and open to the inspection of the public in the office of the Monroe Ouachita Regional Planning Commission, City Hall Annex, 3901 Jackson Street, Monroe, Louisiana.
