Mission Statement

The Water Pollution Control Center is responsible for the treatment of all sewerage for the City of Monroe, Richwood, and Green Acres subdivision. Adequate treatment will be provided through highly trained operators that are on site 24/7. A laboratory is in place on the site to perform compliance tests that are required by the DEQ and EPA.

Vision

To continue to successfully operate within the declining regulations of the DEQ and EPA. To continue to provide sewage treatment in the most effective and cost efficient manner. To continue to increase the level of operator certification through continued education and training.
