Mission Statement
The Project Management department administers the Capital Infrastructure Program through sound fiscal and construction management as well as provides Contract Management for the city of Monroe. Our goal is to provide the citizens of Monroe with the highest quality infrastructure possible and to provide exceptional contract administration.
